I am a licensed associate clinical social worker, with a background in philosophy and creative arts. I received my Master in Social Work from the Smith College School of Social Work, where I immersed myself in intensive psychodynamic and relational training.
My creative background as a performing singer-songwriter weaves through through all of my work with clients. Every human needs a way to express emotional experience, and I aim to support my clients in finding the way that feels the most nourishing and exciting.
Aside from my therapy practice, I am a singer-songwriter, creative writer, and poet. I feel a deep connection to animals (especially horses!) and feel most alive when I am swimming in the ocean or seeing live music. I am also a lover of memoirs, chocolate cake, and learning languages.
