I accept Regence, Premera, and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Private pay rate is $160.
I offer sliding scale therapy based on financial need.

If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know with 24 hours of notice. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

In the first session, my main priority is to understand your life and your mental health goals. I will answer any questions you have about my practice and the modalities I use, and then together we will develop a treatment plan. I may create a genogram (family tree) and ask questions related to your job, social life, and relationships. We will revisit your goals throughout our work together.

I have availability from 8am-7pm week days and weekends.
